Auction Format:By signing below, I acknowledge that my item will be auctioned during a SOLD OUT! Comedy Show in a format determined by the production team.
Consignor (you) will set your Net Price (The amount you are willing to receive for your item)at your sole discretion.
Consignee (SOLD OUT! Comedy) will set the listing price at their sole discretion.
Listing price includes all taxes, fees, shipping, and handling costs not absorbed by the buyer.
Any amount received above the Consignor's Net Price belongs to Consignee.
Payment: If sold, Consignor will receive exactly the Net Price specified above within 3 days of sale.
The production team has final say regarding the Consignor's participation in the show.

No Sale: If the item does not sell, it will be returned to Consignor at Consignor's expense within 14 days. SOLD OUT! Comedy's goal is to return it immediately after the show, in-person.
Condition Warranty: Consignor warrants the item is as described and has clear title to sell.
All sales are final with no returns or refunds permitted. No takesy backsies
Liability Release: Consignor releases SOLD OUT! Comedy from any liability related to the item, its sale, or participation in the show.
I release SOLD OUT! Comedy from any liability related to my prop or participation in the show.
Promotion: Consignor grants permission to photograph and promote the item across all media platforms.
Give the appraiser your boxed prop. Check your email for your receipt and your prop ID, which you'll need to listen for if you're performing. Make sure you received the receipt to confirm your email address and Venmo are correct for payment.
